PRI ONLINE COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PARTICIPATION
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PRI ONLINE COURSE FOR PRI INTERNATIONAL (“Company”).
By accessing this Member Site of the PRI Online Course (“Course”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from participation, using or accessing this site and online course. The materials contained in this Course are protected by applicable copyright.
1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you register for the PRI course, and you decide to withdraw from the course for any reason, you may cancel your participation within 28 days of the course start date and request a full refund. You must make this request on or before day 28 of course commencement. No refunds will be granted after that date. Refund requests must be made in writing. Contact our support team for assistance (contact information at the bottom of this document). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made and may take up to three weeks to process.
2. Delivery
Within 48 hours of purchase (during the working week), a confirmation email will be sent to the customer acknowledging payment for successful enrolment in the course. After your payment has been received, you will be notified by email of an online URL to the PRI online course Member Site where the course materials are located. You will receive a username and password to log in and access the course content. You will have access to all the course material for 1 year after receiving your login details.
3. Using the Course
Please read the description for the Course carefully before placing your order as refunds cannot be given if the cancellation hasn’t been done on or before day 28 after the commencement of the course (see section 1).
The Company warrants that it has the right to provide the Course and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Course available to you and in ensuring its availability. Because of the nature of the internet, errors and omissions do occur and the Company not give any other warranties in respect of the Course.
The Company is continually seeking to improve the Course. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of any Course provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality. In the event that the Company withdraws or is permanently unable to deliver the Course a partial refund will be given covering the portion of the course that remains undelivered.
3. License Agreement
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to you a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use the PRI Online Course and content (“Course Materials”). Permission is granted to access Course Materials from the Company’s member site for personal, noncommercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- share or transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the Course Materials on any other server;
- modify or copy the Course Materials;
- use the Course Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display
(commercial or non-commercial); - attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the
Company’s web site; or - remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Course Materials;
a. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon terminating your viewing of these Course Materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
b. Nothing in this Agreement grants or transfers to you or to any third party any ownership rights in the Course Materials. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, the Company owns and retains all right, title, and interest in the Member Site or content and any and all related Course Materials.
4. Disclaimer
The Course Materials are provided “as is.” The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Course Materials on its Internet member site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
5. Site Terms of Use Modifications
The Company may revise the terms of use for its membership site at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
6. Risks and Waiver of Liability
The Company and its partners and facilitators cannot assume, and shall not have, any liability to users for injury or loss in connection with participation in the Online Course. The Company makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment or any action following the information, links or referrals offered or provided within or through the website or Course Materials.
